Taking into account the commentary from the Osmosis community, please consider the modified proposal.\n\nThis proposal will remove all OSMO incentives for the NON-OSMO pairs of the following assets:\n\n* MED\n* BCNA\n* HUAHUA\n* UMEE\n* DSM\n* LIKE\n* DEC\n* IXO\n* CHEQ\n* LUM\n* DARC\n\nIn addition, OSMO incentives for all pairs will be removed from the following assets:\n\n* BOOT\n* MARBLE\n* NETA\n* CRBRUS\n\nIn keeping with the spirit of the original proposal, this incentive adjustment proposal will directly adjust the OSMO incentives to these pools to 0
