This is a proposal that signals support for Skip to develop a module that enables Osmosis to capture arbitrage revenue as protocol revenue. - By voting YES to this proposal, OSMO stakers signal their support for Skip building, deploying, and upgrading the protorev module on Osmosis and receiving 20% of the net new revenue the module produces in year 1, 10% in year 2, and 5% thereafter in exchange.
