Description
This proposal would create a new Volume Splitting Group for allETH/Stable. It also signals incentives to move to this new grouping at the next proposal that adjusts incentives. \n\nThe current Volume Splitting Group allocates 73% of incentives to stable pairings rather than the OSMO pairings.
